User agreement
This User Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms under which users (“You”, “User”, “Customer”) may access and use the rstorefront platform, a product owned and operated by Razorlabs Software Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”). By using rstorefront.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. Definition
rstorefront.com is a martech SaaS solution developed by Razorlabs Software Pvt. Ltd. to enhance the online discoverability, credibility, and service capabilities of offline stores through Google Business Profile (GMB) and other digital listing management tools.
- Customers include: Enterprises, Brands, Marketing Agencies, Franchise Networks, and SMEs.
- Users include: Small Business Owners, Marketing Managers, Store Managers, Digital Marketing Agencies, and E-commerce Consultants.
2. Service Description
rstorefront provides features and APIs for managing Google Business Profiles at scale, including but not limited to:
- Bulk listing management
- Review and reputation management
- Store-level performance dashboardss
This service is offered strictly for business use only, intended to enhance digital visibility of verified offline stores.
3. Access and Usage Limits
- Platform access is subject to the terms outlined in your onboarding agreement and may differ across customers or tenants.
- Usage must remain within the agreed limits. Unauthorized listing access, scraping, or bypassing security protocols is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate termination.
4. Pricing and Payment Terms
- All fees are governed by a separate, signed payment agreement between the customer and Razorlabs Software Pvt. Ltd.
- Failure to comply with the agreed payment schedule may result in restricted access, data limitation, or termination of service.
5. Data Ownership and Security
- You retain full ownership of your business listing content.
- We do not modify any listing information independently—our tools are used solely to facilitate and submit changes as directed by users.
- Data is not stored persistently and is managed using real-time syncing in compliance with Google’s content storage policies.
- We implement industry-standard encryption and CSRF protection to secure user accounts and submitted content.
6. Term and Termination
Your access to the platform will continue for the duration specified in the onboarding or payment agreement. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access without notice if:
- You exceed usage limits or access unauthorized listings.
- You engage in offensive, fraudulent, or unethical conduct toward the rstorefront team.
- The service period expires or the payment agreement is not honored.
7. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Support is available Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM IST via email.
- We strive to respond to all queries promptly, with resolution timelines dependent on issue complexity.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:
- That listings will not be suspended or penalized by third-party platforms.
- That data will be updated without manual verification.
- Continuous uptime or freedom from bugs.
9. Limitation of Liability
Razorlabs Software Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for:
- Suspension or removal of listings from Google Business Profile due to updates submitted via rstorefront.
- Loss of data due to the usage of the platform.
- User-generated errors in listing information, timing, or duplication.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
rstorefront and its associated tools, interfaces, and source code are the intellectual property of Razorlabs Software Pvt. Ltd.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for the period defined in the payment agreement.
No rights are retained post-expiration of service.
11. Confidentiality
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
- Ensuring authorized personnel only have access to account data.
- rstorefront is not responsible for any unauthorized use resulting from user negligence or third-party breaches beyond our control.
12. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, the user agrees to seek resolution via internal mediation with Razorlabs Software Pvt. Ltd. before initiating any legal action.
Both parties agree to act in good faith to resolve disputes in a timely and constructive manner.
